How many business cards do you collect? Often people think that only salespeople make calls. I've found that leaders make calls too. Most leaders are more active callers than most salespeople. They make calls to re-introduce themselves to others, they make calls to share opportunities, they make calls to keep themselves known to others. They make calls to refer people to each other and they make calls.
